What We Do
At Appletree, my focus is on supporting and sparring with business leaders and their teams to leverage their leadership capabilities fully, in service of their collective performance. I believe every individual is capable of leadership: there is no one way to be effective. I work with each individual to unlock their own leadership style: genuine and impactful.
With teams, my focus is on listening to everyone's perspective and facilitating really good conversations that build cohesion around a common purpose and clarity on the culture and behaviours that will bring out their best collective performance.
