I set up Appletree Leadership on the back of over 30 years' experience successfully working with senior leaders to accelerate business performance through its people, culture and leadership. I have witnessed first-hand the differential impact that senior individuals and teams can have on an organisation when they give themselves the time and space to invest in their leadership capability.
After a long and enjoyable executive career in private equity and professional services, I now devote myself to the elements of my role that I loved the best: working with individuals to bring out the best in them, sharing what I have seen be successful and helping others achieve their goals .
I am at my best working with smart, ambitious individuals, with big responsibilities in demanding, people-centred organisations. I believe every individual is capable of leadership: there is no one way to be effective. I work with each individual to unlock their own leadership style: authentic and impactful.
