Who we are

Caroline Rawes

I bring 20 years experience working as the Chief People Officer and a member of the Executive Team in organisations that depend on their people to drive business success.

My career has focussed on financial and professional services firms and on partnerships; it includes time spent at KPMG, Linklaters, Winston Taylor, Ashurst Perkins Coie and most recently seven years at Cinven.

I am a Board Trustee at Missing People and have previously been a trustee of a Multi-Academy Trust and of a Business School Advisory Board.

I spent the first 20 years of my life in South America, so feel I am a Latina at heart. I now live near Richmond Park and love nothing better than an energising walk with my family and dog, Rolo.
