I design and deliver training modules to support an organisation's learning curriculum, often in collaboration with a client's Learning & Development team. This work will always be tailored to the organisation's needs and culture, to ensure it is relevant and impactful.

This can range from full-day programmes to bite-size webinars around leadership and management topics. I also cover inclusion, culture and career development. Depending on scale and topic of the training need, I collaborate with others to deliver the outcomes

required.

- Essentials of Management: a series of webinars covering topics such as motivation, delegation and feedback;

- Stepping into Leadership: a 2 day workshop on the role of a team head and the tools to set up a high-performance work environment ;

- Inclusive Cultures: a workshop to highlight the importance of proactive connection and inclusion to team enablement;

- Rise Programme: a series of coaching and developmental sessions to support women in achieving their career ambitions .
